1Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Mohammed AlQasmi, an independent consultant. For anything about your data, write to mohammed@malqasmi.sa.

2The data I collect

• What you send through the contact form: name, organization, job title, the service you need, email, mobile number and your message.
• What you write if you email me directly.
• Technical data processed by the site's protection provider to confirm you are human and to protect the site, such as your IP address and browser type.
• Aggregated visit statistics that do not identify you, such as visit counts and the most read pages.

3Why I collect it

• To contact you and respond to your request; this is the main purpose.
• To manage any working relationship that follows.
• To protect the site from abuse and automated messages.
• To understand and improve how the site is used, through aggregated statistics.
• To send the newsletter to those who subscribe, only with separate and explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for any other purpose.

4Legal basis for processing

I process contact form data based on the consent you give when you submit it, and as needed to respond to your request or to perform an agreement between us. I process technical data for a legitimate interest, which is protecting the site, and for any processing required by law.

5Where it is stored and who can see it

Your data is stored on servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and on servers of trusted service providers outside it, including Cloudflare. When data is transferred outside the Kingdom, I apply the safeguards the law requires.

Only I can see your data, along with service providers to the extent needed to run the site, who are bound to protect it. I may disclose it to a competent authority if it is requested under the law.

6How long I keep it

I keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, including following up on your request and any working relationship that follows, or longer if required by law. After that, I destroy it or make it no longer identify you.

7Cookies

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The analytics tool, Cloudflare Web Analytics, works without cookies.

8How I protect your data

I use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limit access to the data to those who need it, and review protection measures regularly.

9Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know how your data is processed.
• Access your data and get a copy of it.
• Ask for it to be corrected or completed.
• Ask for it to be destroyed when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To use any of these rights, email me at mohammed@malqasmi.sa and I will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

10Children

The site is meant for organizations and professionals, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when needed, and I will publish the new version on this page with the date of the last update.
