About
I'm Mohammed AlQasmi, a Saudi IT leader with more than 12 years of experience. I started as a GIS engineer, then led cybersecurity, then ran IT for a government entity for four years.
I have built, secured and governed systems at that scale: we raised compliance with the National Cybersecurity Authority controls from 11% to 89% and the Qiyas score from 11% to 47%, and I launched an IT service management practice that cut incident response time by 60%.
Today I help organizations bring AI in safely: models that run inside the organization, understand Arabic, and keep its data in house. I practice this myself first; my own AI systems run on my own server.
